我家姐係英國 Brighton 試過租比鬼妹, 點知佢用嚟開 P, 攪到污煙漳氣不特止, 仲比隔離鄰舍投訴, 以後唔玩。
我好友一行9人, 有老有嫩, 上年三煩市租間 House , 中午攞屋無問題, 仲讚企理低玩, 點知黃昏有警察上門話我朋友擅闖民居, 要求立即離開, 嚇倒 d 細路喊, 事後先知屋主搞緊離婚, 女嘅玩野。
我自己只係日本住過兩次AirBNB, 一次好正, 一次麻麻地。

另一個原因係因為為自駕, 會搵有車位既AIRBNB.
因為住過咁多次, 會有少少經驗
1. 屋主最好唔係公司
2. 屋主平時唔會住響物業
3. 屋主最好唔係蝗國人
而AIRBNB最大既問題係
1. 你未必會知住邊, 果個區唔一係係好區
2. CHECK IN/OUT唔一定可以寄到行李
3. 萬一被CANCEL BOOKING, 你可能會好麻煩, 因為AIRBNB幫唔到你幾多, 雖然佢地做到好似好HELPFUL, 但有冇地方住, 全睇你彩數同銀包有冇錢, 記住係LAST MINUTE CANCEL可以打亂你大半日的計劃 - #29 [jcmbz], 19-01-09 16:10香港做好似係灰色地帶, 我見有D大廈係會收旅客使用費, 你住果度煩唔煩, 有冇呢D野, 就真係唔知

佢地住完成間屋都有陣味
我試過去TASMANIA, 住左一間AIRBNB, 上一手住客就係印度人, BBQ爐GAS用哂, 廁紙用哂, 屋入面可以用既油都得返好少, 最慘係間屋有咖哩味, 良久不散
屋主都好唔好意思, 最後CHECK OUT時響屋租到俾左DISCOUNT - #28 [ys2001], 19-01-08 19:40重點係佢租返比自己中國人,身為屋主千萬唔好租比大陸人之外,作為租客都盡量唔好租大陸人的屋,我自己就有經驗,初次去大阪租一個日本人的屋,潔淨企理之外,又有小零食招待;第二次再去就租咗一個大陸人的bnb,爐具貼張紙話壞的,住bnb都係諗住煮吓飯仔啫(其實我懷疑屋主根本就唔想住客煮飯)!電視都係壞的,雪柜有兩支飲剩的紅酒,唔知係咪上手飲剩唔好浪費,留下來招呼我地呢!就咁一睇間屋好似光淨,其實床下底一地垃圾!

Japan’s legislature today approved a new law allowing Airbnb hosts to rent homes and apartments in the country.
While Airbnb said “thousands of Japanese residents” were already acting as Airbnb hosts, the new rules clarify what had been a legal gray area. The rules, which gained initial approval from Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s cabinet in March, allow landlords to rent properties for up to 180 days annually, and require that landlords register with local authorities who can implement their own rules.
