- #6 [olddude], 18-04-27 16:02以前打電話去book annual checkup+換油通常要預約起碼一星期有多,最近見佢響Facebook promotion 有 discount, 直接上網book, 星期五即刻book到下星期一.

電話多數接聽、 偶然錄音也好快回。 - #12 [我是一個人], 18-10-23 08:37暫時嚟講,萬事得服務部唔錯,比起舊時英之傑好。至於寶馬,我用開荃灣,都冇乜大問題,係有時等得耐啲。 如果去開寶馬做service,應該有一個特定嘅customer service 跟你個account,除非冇做,否則次次都應該係佢。除咗正常check車換油之外,如果有其他小問題,多數都要留車過夜。我嗰部係腳車,又真係有啲唔方便。不過,新車揸到而家,都已經五年,冇乜大問題。除咗消耗品外,都只係自己換過一粒尾brake燈膽。

Whatsapp service supervisor 就見到佢頭三日都未睇,到今天近一星期也冇回音。
之前routine service 中又撞花咗唔出聲。明天叫秘書再打電話去小佢喇叭。
雖然部車不是我揸,不過以後不會再考慮在香港買BMW 就是了。
