One time, my wife picked, through potluck lottery, a ticket to "cook and prepare" 梅菜扣肉. I searched online for cooking recipe, and found needed days and required woods and strings (totally opposite from this video).
I scolded my wife for long of how could she get this ticket. Then I read the instructions again of "cook and prepare", and ding ding!!! I drove to 泉章居 and ordered 3 of 招牌梅菜扣肉, took home, put them nicely in a pot. Ta da!!!
When I got to the friend's home that day, I found my wife got merely the second worst ticket. Another friend got a ticket for ginger bread house, and I was sure it was homemade, because each characters on it looked different. - #63 [0925], 20-12-08 09:55個人覺得 Rosa 個 youtube 講用鐵鑊講得好有道理(不過靚鐵鑊應該唔駛 pre-heat 燒到 200℃ 咁高,最近睇 youtube 話大碌國鐵礦鐵的純度非常低要澳洲進口,買鐵鑊應該避免淘寶和大碌國貨)同番鬼佬的 seasoning 異曲同工,煎蛋、炒冷飯用生熟鐵鑊的確好得,不過生熟鐵鑊不適宜炒酸食材如蕃茄,可加個3/5層不鏽鋼或氮化鐵鑊專用來炒酸食物。

同意."易潔"鑊甩塗層係常見現象.生熟鐵鑊識用根本最好用.生鐵鑊長用兩年都未試過好痴.我99%時間用鮑魚刷清潔就擦甩.

最後煮完嘢,記得記得唔好落重洗潔精去洗,再抺乾水,搽層油做保養
非常好用!

另外,因為係生鐵/熟鐵鑊,點加熱都唔怕甩coating
真係燒到隻鑊好紅先炒菜,鑊氣十足!

呢隻山毛欅木手柄 2.7mm 加厚版我有,非常好用,不過燒熱隻鑊后個上下夾板的手柄金屬部份手掌仍能觸碰到會 "辣" 到手,佢 ~2kg 重怕拎重鑊的師兄師姊請勿不自量力。
第一次開鑊燒藍色后熄火抹油
不黏效能祇比 Lodge 稍差
