Guess what happens to the pork unsold, won't be dumped anyway. Avoid sauce, full of bacteria, namely from the goose/duck being carved. Only Lung Kee is slightly better(next to central market), not even Wah fung now. Mostly ripped off, at $160/catty yet of low quality pork. Quality drops tremendously after a few weeks. Reputation is nothing. So, always changing shops.
