老細做麵包,囡囡做蛋糕都係靠佢,我覺得效果不錯,仲可以加零件,例如做麵條,實用,攪面團控制力可以接受,震得5係好犀利,證明設計重心相當穩妥 - #3 [ich], 21-12-23 06:44Panasonic 麵包機可以做dough,細size ok.
Stand mixer做細dough要小心最底要好貼.Kitchen Aid同Kenwood都係幾十年出名好牌子
利申: 屋企有Panasonic PT104 及 Kenwood Chef Sense XL,經常用.呢幾日就做過菠蘿包、雞尾包,提子包.. -

Why not to get a small bread maker for that task? Quite effective till the end of yeast action too... Once it is raised.. Take it out for shaping.. And baking within other oven... Etc

I have that.. Haha for. Small mix. I use the bread machine handle upto end of yeast stage
