可能無嘜細骨,細路開心大人放心 - #9 [simpleman], 19-12-29 13:26食鯖魚啦,$2x/4件,又平,營養價值高,DHA & EPA 都好高,對細佬仔腦部發展好,對老人癡呆都有改善,用少少粗鹽放焗爐焗1x分鐘就食得,我冰箱成日都有幾件,雜菜/木耳絲加入紅米/糙米煮飯再加塊豆腐干,放件鹽焗鯖魚再落芝麻油灑啲芝麻喺面,簡單又有營養。
