Ming Kee, OK lar, at least not man-slaughtering, if you haven't got any restaurants in mind. Steamed razor clam with black bean sauce(spec 3 min only to avoid overcooking, in fact, can DIY at home), steamed wild caught prawn with garlic, deep fried American oyster(worry about the local ones) Soy to be served separately to preserve the original taste of seafood.
