Ming Kee, OK lar, at least not man-slaughtering, if you haven't got any restaurants in mind. Steamed razor clam with black bean sauce(spec 3 min only to avoid overcooking, in fact, can DIY at home), steamed wild caught prawn with garlic, deep fried American oyster(worry about the local ones) Soy to be served separately to preserve the original taste of seafood. 我原本係去開海天,但自從自由行之後海天服務真係差到一個點。容龍浄係服務人員/枱的比例已經贏曬,每個服務員會 serve 返自己負責的枱。另外海天係一次過上好多野,跟本食唔切 - #16 [skyliner ], 18-10-24 21:02流浮山只去海景。
