There is actually not much to learn about drinking coffee...especially when using automatic machine.. Just enjoy it.. If u find the bean u like

Yesterday same bean at 55 gram, 45 gram of coffee made, I prefer 55 g, the 45 G taste kind of nad
Haha today I try 35 gram, by finer grinder and harder tamp... Etc.., but at the grind size.. The 35g taste quite decent
May be the bean taste better at today vs yesterday.. Etc.. May be the combination.. Of a few factors...
A good boutique coffee shop... Each early morning... They will taste their coffee.. And find out what.. And how.. Etc.. settle with the brew factors of today...
My exp... Coffee does taste better a few days after roasted, and less good after one week.... It may taste best at the 4th day.. Or even 5th... It never taste better for me, compare 1st day vs 3 rd day

I never enjoy wine... May be it lacks of too many play factors haha
