You can try the lean one, $80/catty, more tasty and with stronger wine flavor. My cat loved it very much, though a bit salty.

I think they're all duck liver(or something unknown to me) except more lean for the latter. Firstly, I bought the former one but after taking 1.5 pc. and had a bit of indigestion. So, went for "goose" sausage thereafter. Just think "trans fat"(even destroying useful cholesterol) from fast food restaurant is even worse and you'll feel less guilty, haha. Maybe, take Omega 3 or Kiwi fruit afterwards, to improve the cardio-vascular system.
I have tried to cure the cooked sausage in an oven but unsuccessful. The heater wattage is low.

The pork for sausage is imported from Brazil, frozen meat. No problem to me.
