今日有條6斤细鱗,無人爭,頭腩最正,肉就一般,但殺時不想看,太残忍,內臟夜鷺食了,浄番膶及春

無北上,食無毛cafe,都幾滿人,假期每人2隻蠔,今日肥的,有蠔味,老婆唔食,有羊肶,勝在夠平

If a customer touches an item but decides not to purchase it, they may be met with frustration or even scolding. Similarly, taxi drivers have adopted an increasingly selective approach, preferring long-distance fares over short trips. Customers requesting shorter rides often face complaints or outright refusal. Even restaurant owners, instead of fostering a welcoming dining experience, now impose strict time limits—pressuring diners to vacate their tables within an hour or two, sometimes before their meal has even begun.

The economic struggles facing Hong Kong are not solely the result of recent government policies but rather a reflection of decades-long treatment of its citizens. Over the past 30 to 40 years, the city has undergone significant political and social changes, shaping the way businesses operate today. The dissatisfaction expressed by business owners and service providers reveals deeper frustrations stemming from economic instability, rising costs, and a growing disconnect between expectations and reality.

Hong Kong stands at a crossroads, and its future will depend on how it adapts to these challenges. While business difficulties persist, there remains an opportunity for change—whether through improved regulations, economic incentives, or a renewed commitment to customer service. 多年前係本地食過D法國餐要好幾粒鐘。我食野好快，冇乜耐性慢磨。

I recently had the pleasure of dining in Paris, and while the food itself might not have been exceptional, the overall experience was truly memorable. Unlike many restaurants in 「Foolish village 」where customers are often rushed to finish their meals so the table can be turned over quickly, Parisian establishments offer a wonderfully relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The staff are genuinely friendly and passionate, creating an environment that feels effortlessly welcoming rather than forced or overly commercial.

One of the best restaurants I visited embodied this spirit perfectly. The food may not have been extraordinary, but the warmth and sincerity of the service made it a standout experience. This kind of natural hospitality is something I deeply admire, and it’s a rare find elsewhere."
