其實冇咩重點,後製問題,好似我之前用嘅蝦(要自己剝殼),係咁兒用鹽水洗洗再印乾已經爽,出面有啲餐廳用嘅蝦肉係來貨之前係已經乸過,係唔係都會爽,但就冇蝦味,若果你追求係果種係蝦仁嘅爽,新鮮蝦比唔到你。
