Having belly fat, feeling hungry all the time.(hungry ghost) This can be problematic. Having too much sugar and carb. raising insulin, hence glucose in blood. Excess glucose cannot be converted into glycogen, but turning into fat instead, via process called lipogenesis. Fasting glucose appears normal initially but insulin is increased by 3 folds. Stage of pre-diabetes. Later on, insulin is depleted and would need to take drug or even injection.
