1)個鑊沖刷乾淨后(每次用完隊佢落洗碗盆沖凍水用鋼絲刷沖刷的目的是把煮完"食送"剩低D殘渣油跡沖刷掉)用廚房紙抹乾,放煮食爐上開爐燒約2~30秒后加入適當份量食用油(我用港產栗米油)
2)廚房紙2~3張摺兩摺在鑊的內壁均勻打圈涂抹2,3遍,再把染了油的廚房紙摺兩摺,用乾淨的部份在鑊的內壁均勻打圈涂抹2,3遍,令油滲入鑊的內壁而表面沒多餘油膜殘留
3)此時應感覺到個鑊頗熱但內壁不油膩,關爐火待鑊自然冷卻后掛起
4)第二天使用時個鑊的內壁應該沒油跡不油膩沒怪味可上爐使用 - #32 [ie], 19-05-27 23:09#26 好設計

個鑊唔係四方形,要四方形的鑊蓋做乜春?
係個鑊蓋設計差,邊位有條比較闊的槽和缩得太入(可能是買細了一點直徑)令個鑊的最大內徑被缩細了好多,如果個鑊大過32cm好多就應該影響不大,祇得32cm想蒸條大一點的魚就要善用空間喇。
