Besides magnesium and iodine are generally lacking in urban life. It's prudent to take supplement, no need to have blood test. D3 as well especially for lady thinking that white is beauty

自己喜歡就試吓囉, 從表面睇oatmeal 加D牛奶去煮吓確實幾香嘅又飽肚,一定比沙嗲牛肉麵或者餐蛋麫健康你話澱粉質好高又唔係,不過食太多就傷腎(孫明楊就食太多搞到腎出事),我自己一個星期大概三餐每次約三湯匙,冇指定邊個時間食,喜歡就食.
