因為呢個係溫泉蛋,就係蛋黃半熟,蛋白仍然呈現流質狀態
要完成呢件事,水溫唔可以高過67度。係低溫之下要令熱力傳到蛋嘅中心需要嘅時間就梗係長好多。係低溫之下要保證98%沙門氏菌都被消滅,亦都需要最少半個鐘頭! -
