有D老外會用火槍快燒。 - #39 [lym], 15-03-05 16:05我無低溫爐,只用電湯煲保溫模式充當。無抽真空機,所以用食物袋袋住肉放入煲浸時(袋口開着),靠水的熱將袋內空氣從袋口排出,食物袋會自然貼緊肉面。
土法就梗係無咁pro la,不過都ok.
