still recalled last year when in vancouver, bought the seattle best coffee - seattle best blend ...very good wor.

- #12 [yukclee], 09-10-27 22:34I am working on roasting my own beans from raw. Found that freshly roasted beans (assuming successful) will have a much better taste but will be 50% gone after 10 days. So even you buy the fresh beans and do the grinding yourself, you still miss 60-70% of the real taste. Think about it and try roasting! :-)

Still experimenting. Had one very successful roast (to my standard only) and never forget the taste. Now I use 黑白奶 (use a bit less) and raw sugar.
