問題係麵粉,一般麵粉嘅升糖指數太高,...

你要攪清楚,有糖尿病嘅人,就要控制熱量吸收,所以有糖尿病嘅人少食糖; 但引致糖尿病,主凶是否糖?可能係脂肪?

家中麵包,老闆做,加一半全麥麵粉,自家做好食過街做好多好多!
所有精麵粉,精糖,盡量少食!

It's for fun(no more fun if done on daily basis, becoming a routine) and health.(instead of having at least 10 additives for commercial bread, using bicarbonate for raising, not yeast) Besides, can find organic/whole wheat or grain ingredients.(shipping from overseas can be quite pricey)
