好多變化 - #53 [chloebb], 15-07-20 12:55I have the panasonic, but the loaves became boring so now I only use it to knead the dough, which is still a good use of it.
For the health conscious, I highly recommend the baguette recipe which is just flour, water, a little salt and half the amount of yeast you normally use. It is actually one of the panasonic standard recipes, the French bread one, but you can make smaller rolls instead of one big loaf.
And I highly recommend using the autolyse method- 水合法, which basically means you mix only the flour and water first, whatever recipe you use. The initial mixing of flour and water gives you much better texture.
