但今年d汁重手咗d,自己翻煮時,要因應自己口味放少d汁加水,避咗面d油。

Again, without a pressure cooker, it's a bit difficult to handle. Water/sauce can be kept to minimal to preserve the ingredients. So, go to Wing on to buy a WMF cooker as parallel issue. Tefal is not as good. Got both brands, 2 pots each.
