禾都試過同一單位3次係即曰租出,
一次9個月,一次5個月,立空租情況,
咁情況下,如果租客有晒税單,住址,ID ,
有一定收入能力租乃物業,一定有租交,
甚至一次過比晒3個月按金1個月上期。

My guess is simply taking advantage of the situation. 10 days are equivalent to $13,000 moneywise, way too much. Besides, it's a gesture of goodwill, not mandatory.
If you have no second offer yet premises left vacated for months.It's advisable to offer such free rental period to avoid future conflict.
Even for selling house, I moved a week earlier(transitional place available) before getting the money. The buyer needed to settle her finance as well to make available the money.

問題係要等52日,未租出唔好心慌,天時地理唔就啫,市道差遇好客9折又點話,但銀行高層又點,識投資分分鐘輸到仆街,仲要拖個幾月先起租,呢類客要賺盡,有心租9月10日起租,9月1日交匙,否則我唔會簽
