你講果把PROFESSIONAL S我都有用過
舊款係德國做約一千元,新款大陸做約4-5百元
跟同價日本刀比差二班

你果3把刀好正,尤其是第4把 - #20 [進擊的五毫], 14-06-06 16:04著名德國孖人牌售價千多元一把的砍骨刀,有市民在斬魚時,刀身與刀柄竟「一刀兩斷」,斷開的刀身飛起,刀背撞中其胸口,令他感覺死裏逃生,頻呼「好彩」。朱先生去年初在九龍灣的孖人牌專櫃買了一把不銹鋼砍骨刀,用來處理他出海釣到的大魚。買刀半年,他說只使用過約四次。
去年7月21日,朱先生在家斬一條12磅重大型魚,他坐在凳仔上用該砍骨刀斬落魚頭位置時,刀身連接刀柄的原塊不銹鋼突然斷開,刀身凌空翻向朱先生身上,刀背先撞到他胸口,再撞落其腹部,然後沿胯下跌落地面;若撞到身體的是刀鋒,後果不堪設想。
「我反應唔到!」朱先生稱當場嚇呆,站在他身旁的姊姊和姊夫「嚇到一個二個成個彈起」閃避。朱先生胸口隱隱作痛,幸無大礙。曾任西廚數年、曾開過西餐廳的他說:「我未用過啲咁鬼渣嘅刀!」他又指從斷裂口見到刀內有銹痕。
翌日,朱先生將斷刀拿到孖人牌專櫃,拒換新刀,「我仲夠膽用你啲刀嘅?」也無索償,只要求對方交代斷刀原因,「如果係同一批次有問題,都唔希望其他人有事」。但事過半年,朱先生仍未獲回覆。他說,家裏仍有多把孖人牌刀具,但已不敢再用。 - 下一頁 (1 of 215)
