Already discussed few years ago. - #9 [alexanderkoo], 20-01-29 08:21Aging is continual process and should be counted as part of life, say loss of libido, graying hair, joint pain etc. But pre-mature aging can be a problem especially having chronic diseases and/or metabolic syndromes.(3 highs plus belly fat) My advice is having a low carb diet(high protein/good fat). My wife has reduced 10 lbs in last 3 months, lowering fasting glucose*/A1C*(average haemoglobin bound to glucose)/kidney CREA/liver ALT*/potassium(previously high)/triglycerides*, increasing HDL. Higher LDL due to change of diet, but not a problem AFA having normal fasting blood sugar/HDL and low TGR.(in reality, burning fat as fuel according to some literature) The LDL is expected to be large and fluffy and would not stick to blood vessel wall.(should worry about small dense ones) Of course, particle sizes/counts would be more revealing.
