// 美國候任總統特朗普上周五（22日）宣布任命他第一任期內出任美國國務院副助理國務卿的黃之瀚（Alex Wong），擔任白宮副國家安全顧問，直屬已被提名的國家安全顧問沃爾茲（Mike Waltz）。據報，黃之瀚的父母早年由廣東移居香港，再舉家移民美國。黃在社媒X介紹自己是「美中經濟暨安全審查委員會」（US-China Economic and Security Review Commission，簡稱USCC）前主席。《追新聞》翻查他領導下USCC發表的2022年度報告，報告建議撤消香港駐美經貿辦事處的外交地位，報告當年受到香港特區政府發出逾4,000字聲明還擊。

特朗普在任命聲明指出，黃之瀚在他第一任總統任期擔任北韓問題副特別代表，協助籌劃「特金會」。特朗普與北韓領導人金正恩2018及2019分別在新加坡、越南以及板門店朝韓邊境非軍事區（DMZ）進行會晤。黃之瀚行事低調，他沒有在X帳戶貼出自己的頭像，並將帖子設定為受保護帖子，只有獲准的追隨者可以閱讀黃的X發帖。//

The 1st one is about a 2021 rape case in Virginia. The attacker pretended to be a female student by wearing a skirt and raped the victim in the women's bathroom.

According to the AP report "Teachers say he (the attacker) preferred and requested male pronouns, according to a report by a law firm that investigated the assault." There is nothing to do with transgender.

Not sure if the victim's parents were arrested while protesting but the parents filed a $30 million law suit against the school district and the school district superintendent lost his job and was prosecuted.

The 2nd example about an Indian-American pretended to be an African-American applying for medical school is also irrelevant because the host was talking about how affirmative action hurting certain student groups chance of entering prestigious universities like Harvard. This is usually the case in undergraduate studies instead of graduate studies like medical school.

It is gender instead of race that plays a part in graduate school application. It is a well-known fact that business schools, engineering schools, medical schools want more female students in their programs; admission committee tends to take a female applicant if both the male and the female applicants has similar academic background, achievements, and test scores.
