It's too flimsy to judge from running cost alone. From engineering viewpoint, should add capital cost+ running+ replacement cost say for 25 year operation for assessment. Reliability and safety as well.

油車我10年揸14萬公里以平均2蚊一公里計淨油費28萬(正常人揸法, 兩公升車)
電車如果用貴價shell charge快差約$0.8/km, 我計你足一蚊(應該只會越來越平, 就算加價, 油價升幅唔會少過電費), 十年十四萬km平咗$14萬,點都夠cover 十年內換一次電
未計牌費慳左果啲, 正常油車maintenance唔會點平得過電車(我對上架寶馬新車落地揸左十年已經算叫做萬中無一無乜點壞, 但最尾兩年都執左五六皮), 我當你打和, keep電車都唔會貴過油車
其實純屬個人喜好, 無絕對優劣
