最後修改時間: 2020-10-12 04:01:08 - #23 [*pineapple*], 20-10-12 06:06其中一個原因係生理時鐘亂咗。年紀越大,眼睛越退化,日間能接收嘅光線就越少,影響生理時鐘對日夜嘅判斷。有實驗證明,長者喺日間時,有數小時喺強光下活動,能有效協助生理時鐘判斷刻時段為日間,改善晚上睡眠。只係實際環境並唔容易做到。
同意 caffeine 對睡眠有影響,早上飲用並無大礙,下午三四點過後應盡量避免。有啲人晚上飲咖啡仍可以正常入睡,但留意入睡並唔代表睡眠質素良好,受 caffeine 影響,會較難進入深層睡眠。
有需要間唔中可服用 melatonin 幫助入睡,普通藥房有售,無咩副作用,但要避免做成心理上嘅倚賴。
