但樓主似乎幾嚴重下,可能要治好才可以了。祝樓主早日康復。 - #12 [Dlbf], 21-10-13 11:03我服侍過嘅老人家有兩個試過坐骨神經痛,照咗証實生骨剌,初期都係唔想開刀,物理治療,中醫針救,兜兜轉轉玩咗一年半載,最後都係捱一刀先舒服晒,兩個事後都話早知一早做手術。

Having said that, 初期都係會用食藥、physio, 做運動、針灸..等等睇下是否搞得掂.
食麵包就有事?有冇邊份journal paper参考?我冇去揾過呢方面研究.
