My wife has reduced 10 lbs in last 3 months, lowering fasting glucose*/A1C*(average haemoglobin bound to glucose)/kidney CREA/liver ALT*/potassium(previously high)/triglycerides*, increasing HDL. Higher LDL due to change of diet, but not a problem AFA having normal fasting blood sugar/HDL and low TGR.(in reality, burning fat as fuel according to some literature) The LDL is expected to be large and fluffy and would not stick to blood vessel wall.(should worry about small dense ones) Of course, particle sizes/counts would be more revealing.

至於運動, 現時可能最簡單係每日半小時到一小時慢步 (少少喘氣, 少少出汗果隻).
當減去十幾廿磅之後, 可以增加強度, 加強返d肌肉力量.
