其實我都不是食好多野
早上:食大碗米粉(公仔麵都唔敢食)
午餐:茶餐廳一般午餐
晚餐:在家, 通常都唔食飯, 好食就食多啲, 唔好食就少食
但我這年齡, 要fit, 真係要食得好齋

Losing weight by running, really unnecessary unless you're trained to be an athlete for competition. Fat is burnt by aerobic respiration, viz needs oxygen. When one is out of breath during running, fat burning is compromised, a bit more glucose is burnt by another inefficient cycle. Losing weight by dieting, unsuccessful most of the time due to hunger, would eat more and weight bouncing back. Proper diet is important, low carb, high protein/good fat.
