Vitamin C causing kidney stone, only for people taking mega dose and not drinking water for the whole day. Natural thing is good for health and not artificial ones. But people love to believe what they want to believe, having an "answer" in mind first and search for support on the Internet, disregarding other explanations/oppositions. This is absolutely old cake approach.
