Better not take calcium supplement, a hype. (got a few expired bottles going to dump) Only calcification of soft tissue and heart/blood vessel, hence even worse. Better take vitamin D3 with K2, sending calcium (from food) to place where it should belong e.g. joint and also improves immunity especially for lady not having sunshine vitamin D. (whitening is beauty?)
Fortunately, I don't have the ailments as mentioned but eyesight degradation, despite I am much older than you guys. Have been taking supplements for 15 years.
Ironically, strenuous exercise doesn't mean good health(some still got problems), diet is, in ratio of 20 to 80%.

- #16 [t4456], 21-04-20 09:20主要做運動,過重就減磅。運動做帶重,build up 膝頭前後上下左右 muscle,有支撐+負磅輕關節受壓自然減少。supplements 個人傾向唔食,除非飲食唔正常,比你餐餐supplement 身體吸收唔晒都係屙返出嚟。針對關節就食有骨膠原食物,價錢有平有貴大把選擇。再差就考慮打針(lubricant)入膝頭,last resort 開刀。
