強度可以調整到啱自己安全嘅嘛,
運動新手, 係唔會俾自己衝破自己條fuse,
到定會停, 最緊要mon住心跳,5X歲新手唔好超過120就ok.
有咗少少體能, 先再試其他嘢啦。
120應該係幾輕鬆嘅喇, 適應一兩個禮拜先酌情調整囉

假如運動令一個人體質有改善, 根本個人就會不斷自己調節,令自己越來越進步, 成功感就係向前嘅推動力。
要八十歲前有李嘉誠咁有錢,未必做得到。

膝蓋痛當然有好多原因, 有啲可以好嚴重都得。如果痛嘅問題無改善, 梗係要睇醫生啦。
以短短描述估計,應該係耐不耐先用對脚做吓較劇烈運動嗰隻,
情況好常見, 我以前都試過,而家每次跑完較長里數第二,三日都會咁,跟住會消失。
有經驗人士話係累積乳酸同膝頭哥兩邊肌肉唔夠強化所至。要練肌耐酸能力同做例如深蹲強化下身肌肉。
痛嗰隻通常係較弱嗰隻,即係非重心腳。
但如果夠強度嘅就兩隻都會痛。
