其實可能過去行一轉,只係睇下,我諗短期內都唔會過去住如果係買最多都係退休先用, 自己覺得Sydney太貴,唔想樓換樓加注。 現住Townhouse 有管理費$68.00 per quarter only !!! 。

唔知點解你住開Sydney會諗西澳D細埠仔退休. 我識人住 Tweed Heads,下面呢D $450,000 2 BR house, 租出去$5xx per Week, 6.x% gross annual return. Capital gain 就唔知啦

呢間semi detached, 位處country town. 將來細路讀high school 或U你又麻煩搵樓住.Country towns一係為揾食,一係完全退休亦唔期望有人探你.要返工有細路讀緊書就有practical problem.
Country towns 澳洲大把,我D 親戚朋友為搵食住過好幾個,平靚正,但小朋友一入中學就要去大城市揾屋住.有朋友每日來回140km接送,剛買了多一間unit在學校附近.
住細埠真係要考慮清楚,單睇價錢就易fall into trap.
