Had a walk with my wife in our woods this afternoon and we were so glad to see the bluebells in full bloom.
I have to say this year is by far the best as we haven't seen that many for years.
There are a few Spanish Bluebells I nearly want to get rid of them because they will ruin this spot. Unfortunately I am not allowed to do it.

One group of my bamboo specimen, black bamboo, is turning yellow and dry. The others are ok. I thought it needs more water but it doesn't improve.
Well, today I spotted some flowers with it. It means the bamboo is putting all the energy to produce some seeds before it dies.
Also, in our culture when bamboo flowers it means no good!!
However, I think our bamboo is a little confused. While it has flowers it also grows some new leaf. So it may not be dying at all!!!
What do you believe in?

I was drying the sheep wool (to put inside a speaker for sound damping) yesterday but the wind blown them away onto the grass.
Then my wife told me the jackdaw had come down from the wire to take some away!!! It came back serval times.
My wife joked that they had the best Rolls Royce grade nest!!!!
