I just love the orange second hand and alarm marker. The combination is just prefect with colour, layout and size.

No la. Mine are just cheapo rubbish and nothing more than just junks. There are many members whose Seiko's are really precious and attractive.

So Citizen watch has been called 星晨錶(the original Chinese name in HK for many years AFAIK), "精神錶" and 西鐵城( I guess official name in China).

Is 精工 still 精工 in both HK and China?

Nice Seiko Prospex you have and I have a PADI Tuna which is too big for my liking so not wearing much. I still prefer the old one given to me from my brother from the 80's.

Otherwise I like wearing those vitage dress watches from the bygone age of Seiko, King Seiko, LordMatic and others.

One of my friends who relocated his watch factory from HK to the Mainland in the late 1980s to mid 1990s. His main business was Japanese "Seiko" OEM manufacturer in HK. "Seiko" was then indirectly relocated to China... My friend is a famous bird photographer after closing his mainland factory.

Of course I have been told some stories that may be of interest to you, fotheringay. :)

Bought a golden NATO to go with the Fairway and it seems quite nice.

有精工Five，英倫傻佬也會high.

其實係遲来的聖誕礼物，那隻白面甚似Rolex Explorer 2是我於本地H.Samuel Jeweler 看到的。見到它的bezel 甚似Ex2，非常吸引，1O月時已Order但後來話無貨要 cancel個Order，点知12月中email我又話有貨，但今日先送到。

另外個隻Seiko SNNK4X係CEO送比我聖誕礼物，由美國運到。

呢隻SNNK4X一早已discontinued 及無貨，因為被視為窮人精工版Patek Natilux，現在已成為 collectable item. 我個人preferstainless steel身，但鍍金也可接受的。

另外一原因我喜愛Seiko5是因為它的size及設計甚合我手型，不喜愛那些oversize。

當年DeepSea所出時，被那size嚇了一跳，真的彷促原巨蛋Rolex DeepSea!

雖然這兩Seiko5靈感來自瑞士品牌，有人話cop, fake，homage表，但始終有着Seiko呢個logo事實。

No way I could afford Kintaro Hattori 160th Anniversary and a price tag of US$103,000！！

I consider myself lucky since I quite like this manual winding Sportman.

And they couldn't be world apart in terms of price but the happiness is total and no less.

我嘅精工三寶，027 009 011。

I got most of my Seiko 5 from car boots sale and there are plenty with good reasonable prices £8-£15.

I think they are good enough for daily use and the cheapest automatic watches you can buy.
