Which format you use to connect amongs your computer and av amp. ?

For line output, cannot help unless you are running with batteries.

For digital output, try to use Toslink.

Check whether it is ground loop problem. Try use notebook (power with battery) and see if there is the same problem.

Remove any device which connect to the wall antenna to make sure that they are not causing ground loop.
