呢一種箭嘴#23 對位置 好容易.. 真係到到中嘅, 感覺上扭親手嘅機會好低
只係有啲懷疑針對十幾mm厚嘅木材..
Router is easy.. 真係搵塊木板練習兩次.. 就會掌握到, because of using a template, the hole diameter will be quite right..
其實好似baker suggestion.. Very effective.. 唯一作考慮就係 saw diameter not match tube outside diameter.., 同埋對支電鑽嘅扭力有小小要求嘅, 扭力好一點都會做得 相對, again 梗係搵塊木板去練習練習一兩次先啦
用嗰個梯級drill, 應該對電鑽嘅扭力要求低一點 vs those hole saw
My personal choice.. A template and a router.. 15mm厚薄內 I shall aim for one pass... 一落手第一下就會知.. If feel 有難度 then 分兩次... 有位師兄 建議 可以自製template too... May be OK too.. 都係搵塊木板try 一兩次 before try it on the speaker... Haha

- #25 [BenYC], 22-05-28 17:46如真的要整,如導管前方有包邊不怕邊位不平滑,則可畫好65MM圓,然後用電磨筆(似牙醫車牙的工具),裝上磨木咀,慢慢磨。65mm 孔不大,很快磨好。
你其實是要修入 2.5 mm。不熟手用較大的工具,鑽頭,很易錯位,過龍但產生危險。
不過最好唔好攪...

更會扭親手
就算對喇叭背板或面板(唔知倒相管在前面或后面)唔可以拆開,單邊慢速鑽木鑽大 5mm 直徑,要垂直鑽穿都應該一啲都唔困難。
呢啲鑽咀我經常用,每一級起碼有 3mm,個管位比用中心定位更佳。

如果背板背後.. 可以好牢固 install the template, If 面板只係15mm左右thickn SS .. 可以用頂部有 bearing router bit. 大部分ply wood.. Or mdf ok
Any harder wood.. U need to do it 2 to 3 times.. Each time.. 5mm thickness etc..
先搵一塊木板練習兩次 掌握到揸住部router 嘅 感覺.. Then ok..
The issue of having the template at top face.. 因為有可能唔可以 安裝得很緊
1/4 shaft diameter router.. 深圳十幾20 mm厚薄位置條邊減去 2.5 mm 一次過一個圈.. 絕對係可以應付嘅.. 感覺好嘅手感 先練習一兩次
搞得掂嘅
Step drill suggested by 0925 may work.. But really depending on the baffle thickness
Template is important.. If u looking for tight fit.. Not too tight.. Not too loose..

better to do it by 2 passes..for someone have experiences with 1/4 shaft machine
one pass by a dual handle 1/2 shaft machine
