A whest phonostage 2.0 from 2004

在我這擁有十年八年之間，曾經是十分寧靜，

這兩年背景噪音很大，即係唔開聲都有四五十db聽到嘅噪音其他一切正想都唔錯嘅,not hum haha

直覺上和零件老化有關係

想從這個東西學習維修，應該從哪一方便開始呢

在這裏從各位有經驗的人學習

不知從何開始

如果用一用， those hiss 噪音，沒有播音樂的時候無論開大小的聲量,都是行定的，那麼就應該係電源供應那邊出問題

如果會跟隨volume調教大啲少啲 hiss ,嘩好可能係 signal chain capacitor or even transistors...老化（但有沒有crackle noise..)

嘩我個手工，搞這signal塊板，搞爛機會很大

以上的諗法是否正確？

換晒啲電解電容先啦

就算唔係元兇，都肯定老化咗，換咗對音色點都有幫助

不過好大機會換咗之後靜返晒

36粒買齊晒啲料，如果有吸錫泵，好快搞掂

如果科學化啲去諗，一定要知道係乜嘢噪音，分辨50Hz定還是係100Hz噪音已經好幫到手斷症

Phono amp嘅噪音，你響前級大細聲噪音一定會跟住變大變細

除非Phono amp inject 一啲噪音入去preamp power amp供電系統，又或者形式ground loop，噪音先至唔跟音量制變大變細

haha師兄嘅意思係噪音大小係「恆定」？無論前級大細聲，噪音一樣咁大聲？

記得兩年前大概用個電話收音睇下噪音嘅頻率,s seem not 50hz..or 100hz

但係我個記憶唔可靠，一兩小時後睇一睇

我的記憶完全不可靠，記憶中是恆定的 ( thx thx was " 恆定 "... haha thx thx)

我都有基本不高級的電動吸石槍，手動的也有，好似比較就手，吸石帶差不多用完要再買了，懷念以往在工廠 hakko 的那一支，真係好好用的


我有啲壞咗嘅電子器材唔用，都係攞嗰啲嚟練習拆零件十幾個20個鐘頭練好身手才開工

重點係，盡量搵返原廠同一隻牌子同一系列嘅電解電容

我的記憶真的是不可靠

100hz noise and 隨著volume變大變細的

主要的噪音 at about 100hz

房間背景32db左右，如果音量調教到十二點，噪音的音量去到大概56db

我上次的體會不同，但今天就是今天

今天要先處理這個比較大的100hz

暫時做咗兩個小實驗

將電源供應和phono stage 的部分放距離 隔到最遠，將機身不同角度的擺放,善與善之間沒有重疊，噪音不變

phono stage 外殼，用一條電線接上前級的外殼，噪音變大，由100hz 變成50hz

power supply 外殼 和前級外殼連接上，100hz的噪音沒有改變

搵一條飛咗地線嘅 power cord 連接上 100hz 沒有改變


要外出片刻，回來再搞搞，回來嘗
試所有對付 ground loop 行為，再作定論

和兩年前的噪音不一樣，會唔會使用幾日之後嗰種噪音連同這種100hz共同出現呢

先準備好解決現在見到的100hz問題
電源供應嘅電容開始，應該都冇壞嘅，50hz , after Rectifier, with ripple noise at 100hz 直覺上都好似幾合理，應該這部分之後會有一個filter cap

好大機會係power supply 大水塘

一次過換晒所有電解電容啦

我會先換電源部分的，操練好，覺得自己手工回復正常，博下運氣，我目前嘅手工質量搞嗰塊信號板，必定會整爛

一步一步來 ， thx thx thx thx

買電容，準備一個簡單方便嘅 fixture ，拆得方便，就手一點啲...可以喺某啲位置落到條橡筋，溫度到，solder flow..鬆脫就彈開就好了

Haha, Before soldering, why not use your keysight (if still have) to measure the power supply ripples as well as any parasitic oscillation on the outputs.

i been thinking how's to measure it without proper equipment.(Last time I played around. Those keysight was 2014/5...at such time one of the best world selling antenna for 5.8Ghz FPV flying was made my my team (before much cheaper china alternative hahaahaha ) things are keeping at 光明 factory
I forget a few things fast..haha

I can somehow able to take a look something from..a basic scope

It is nice to know the differences , good learning for me, as that seems to be common ..

At that power supply ,there are 12 capacitor....or even that rather primitive design ..with so many diode seem 12 of them, and so many pin out..., make me wonder..do that things send out 3 separate level of DC..., the best I would guess it is rather fast and response design ..as it has only diode and smoothing capacitors..not even have a regulator ( I could guess they are Zener Diode)

Is a good simple study pieces for me

There are things I can make some good guess how's things preform by looking at some drawings,prototype etc.. but certainly I am not able to tell anything practical from a circuit board or a schematic haha
