Using a 180 grams counter weight
A heavy headshell at 12 grams
Adding 6 gram of weight on top
With a goldring legacy mc at about 8 grams,Dynamic Compliance @ 10 Hz15 mm/N
The effectiveass of that sme is about 4.7 grams
So the the effective mass is now... Around 20 grams
Haha sound fine......resonant at 8hz...according to vinly engine calculator too... good
the setting to be kept...haaha
for a poor man set up..that sme is hi end already..haha
for rich man..that sme is piece of junk from what they said haha

at the middle ..seem ti is some french horn..
at the outro a few high head and drum..
the toshiba set up is better
both set up ...we all should hear each piece of instrument clearly...it is not that easy for that complex piece of music, unlike those simple Band set up...
delight to feel..the 2M Red is always dependable ....
haha trying to find a little bit of info for the pp650

i listen to some of your turntable youtube, not sure yet, the way you set up the cartridge seem more favorable for music at approaching inside ...not sure ..may be just a feeling

That's interesting.
To be honest with you I never target to set up any turntables, nor do I have any setting kits to help me to measure the distance, A null point, B null point etc.......
All I do is just by looking at the pointing direction of the needle from the beginning to end. All by my eyes only and since i have not got good hearing so I am not sure if there is any difference between the beginning to the ending.
All I want to know if there is any mistracking or rather obvious distortion.

The only tool I ever have is this mounting template from the ADC arm.
I did a test. I first set up the arm with the Bebz Micro MC Gold mounted on the arm and set the distance with the existing SME cut hole. It has limited tolerance so it is quite fun to set the arm. Using my usual "visual check" mentod I compared the template with my own doing and I found there were 2mm the difference.
I will take it!!
I am a lazy person and so my lazy way to enjoy my hobby....haha... can't help it
Even for my photography, never go too far but things next to me.........

Really ok subwoofer for the price..i paid a few. Hundred for one.. Should get one more.. At such price if I se it again

I have the KEF Sub as well. Paid £40 for it and was being used with the small speakers. I haven't used it for a while now as I have enough low with big AR's.
Incidentally I was listening to PF with their live album yesterday. I took the video with my phone. As expected sound quality I'd rubbish but it still sounds good, out of my expectation.

I still can't forgive Michael Eavis(organiser of the famous Glastonbury Festival) for turning down PF to play in Glastonbury.
It was Richard Wright last wish and he died soon after...........a dream could never fullill........
