若問題仍存在,請嘗試繞過 network switch 進行測試。若繞過 network switch 後運作正常,則代表network switch 可能存在某些問題或設定錯誤。請嘗試使用不同的 network port、更換 unshielded CAT-6 網絡線,並檢查 network switch 的設定配置。
特別注意:您的 network switch 備時鐘設定功能,請務必正確配置時鐘設定,否則 network switch 將無法正常運作。
Please power cycle the whole network of devices starting from the router, WiFi mesh, network switches, NAS, Lumin, and phones.
If it doesn't work, bypass the switch. If bypassing the switch works, it means there is some problem or misconfiguration with the switch. Try different network ports, a different unshielded CAT6 network cable, and check the configuration of the switch.
In particular, your switch has a clock setting, make sure you configure the clock setting correctly otherwise it won't work.
