1. Option 1 (Dolby recommends side placement (or slightly behind seating position, ear level if Atmos)
2. The receiver/ process should be able to adjust the dB for each of the channel to balance
3. I would conduit to option 2 position for future 7 channel expansion, and perhaps to the ceiling for 4 Atmos?
4. Have not been reading about home theatre in recent years but Denon would be my choice because of Audyssey
Anthem would also be another good option because of their ARC
The only thing is I believe the top model is made in Vietnam? whereas Denon is made in Japan
Good luck with your project - 返回 ...
want to seek some advise on 5.1.2 setup.
I try to set up a system for movie and possible karaoke singing purpose. Now is at planning stage and want to get builders to reserve some conduits for the setup.
Q1) which arrangement on rear speaker will be better, option1 and option2
Q2) the ceiling speaker will not be in mirror condition to suit the cove ceiling, will it affect much on the system?
Q3) will reserve two conduits (blue dotted lines) on the floor for the rear speakers cables only. Is there other conduits worth pre lay at rennovation stage?
Q4) Any decent 5.1.2 system worth buying this date? already got two channels system for serious listening
thanks for ching advise
