Very sad indeed as I had many fond memories with Grand Ocean.
Apart from the main blockbuster movies from the West it was also the main venue for the so called "cult movie" from the Hong Kong International Films Festival.
The most notable one was The Poseidon Adventure which had meaning in my life.
When I was in secondary school I had a good classmate who was like my best buddy. Suddenly he was not attending school any more and I thought he must be ill.
Then one day when leaving school I saw him by the school gate. He was waiting for us and I was happy to see him.
It turned out that his family had decided to move to USA and he would be flying in two weeks. We had a long chat and a small group of us decided we should eat in Pizza Hut and checking out who could make the tallest salad bowl.
We also went to see The Poseidon Adventure which was shown in the Grand Ocean Cinema at the time.

以前喺香港唔知，原來好多音響廠商都有提供 factory service 呢樣野，係黎到英倫重新投入 HiFi 熱情，睇番呢度器材買賣，forum 分享，先知道 HiFI 原來都有提供同汽車定期/ad-hoc 驗車嘅相同服務。
尋日電郵查詢，今朝 QUAD 已經回覆，可以隨時 send 番部機返去 Huntingdon 廠檢查，佢哋會同部機檢測內部零件狀況及數值，發現有問題或同原設已出現差異時，會提供零件更換，確保回復部機原本設計出廠時效能狀態；固定人工費用 £75，運輸及如有所需更換零件費用另計。
我望住部 QUAD 606，係咪都應該俾佢返一返出生地，等佢回復佢應有嘅精壯雄風呢 ?_? 但返黎嘅聲底仲會唔會一樣。。。？！諗緊。。。。。

阿仔開始進入大人世界，阿女開始進入 teenager 階段，喺呢大半年，好明顯感受到佢哋喺呢個 transition period 既憧憬又困惑嘅成長。身為家長，亦要思考懂得轉換模式去輔助鼓勵，學習放下而不放任。。。等佢哋去開創佢哋自己既故事，而唔係要佢哋寫我想要嘅故事。
既哲學，又要將佢 strategic 化，算係老爸嘅自尋煩惱～～ 哈！！:D
