Thanks, it is cheap because there is a catch.

When I bought it it won't play 45rpm because the belt will drop off. I found the the pulley on the motor has dropped from the axel of the motor. Somehow it still runs well with 33.

I don't see, or hear to be precise, any loss or gain in speed.

What I did was removing the rubber housing from the motor. They are working as suspension and to reduce vibration to the top plate. I replaced them with slightly thinner silicone gel which I got from some expensive implants packaging.

Now the motor has been raised just enough to run the 45 speed with the pulley. The extra bonus is that with the extra silicone gel it seems much quieter as surface as well. It is unexpected but a welcome outcome.
