I tested adding of Tidal - Wallflower (The Complete Sessions) to favorite via both Lumin app and Tidal app. Both are tested ok and show up in Lumin app correctly (our account is Tidal USA, not Tidal Hong Kong).

I also tested playback of it to Lumin hardware, it also played normally.

Note that there are four versions of Diana Krall - Wallflower albums via Lumin app.

If you cannot play some Tidal tracks from your existing playlists, please remove them and re-add them after searching for them again. All streaming services regularly remove / replace albums. It is normal that some tracks that used to play cannot play anymore. That's why some users still purchase music downloads. Qobuz even offers a discount for purchase when you have the Sublime subscription.

Let me investigate in REW if it can measure, by playing the sweeping frequency from the WAV file.

No, none of the Lumin (except P1) can act as a USB DAC.

In REW, it should be possible to save Pink PN as a WAV file.

May I ask if there is a way to connect a Lumin D2 to a PC's USB output to measure the frequency response of the system?

1. Use REW software
2. A USB microphone connects to computer, for measuring the output from the speakers in the room
3. Computer USB output to Lumin D2 USB?
4. Lumin D2 analog output to analog system (amplifier -＞ speakers)

I had another network audio player previously with USB input which could do #3, but it looks the USB input of the Lumin D2 is just for reading USB flash drive and the files. Does this USB input support USB audio output?

- D3 is a cost reduced version of T3
- Single ES9028PRO DAC chip in D3 instead of Dual ES9028PRO DAC chips in T3

- When using analog balance adjustment, Leedh Processing Volume is disabled (no such restriction in T3)

Until this happens, Lumin playback of Tidal remains the same as before. Max Tidal albums will usually become MQA instead of the new Hi-Res FLAC versions.

I tried your method of removing the Wallflower album from Tidal then kill the app then waited for 2 minutes, then add the wallflower album again in Lumin. Then the wallflower album won’t be there, instead, there were 2 turn up the quiet albums again.

Also I tried removing the turn up the quiet and wall flower album then add them back one by one in the Lumin app only, turn up the quiet first, ok added, then I add the wall flower album back, it becomes turn up the quiet for both. I tried reversing the adding sequence of both albums, the result was same.

I’m pretty pissed off by doing this, the Lumin app has been released for some years, how could this happen ?? Plus the Tidal app has completely no problem of removing and adding back and forth

In Tidal app, please remove the Wall Flower album from favorite.

Wait for 2 minutes.

In Lumin app, search for Wall Flower album, add it to favorite again.

Also, the Wall Flower - Diana Krall album that I was playing was from my favorite playlist, not from the album. In order for p play this album, I hv to go to the tidal app to add the whole album into a playlist, otherwise I can’t find it

Station 1. BBC was explained in #1556

Station 2. This station format is not supported

Station 3. This is a Calm Radio station, for which many stations are blocked by TuneIn for us. I have made a workaround for you. Please power cycle your U1. After it is booted up, kill Lumin app and relaunch it. You should see the "70's 80's 90's" if it is still your TuneIn favorite.

Please post (or send e-mail to info@luminmusic.com ) all the problematic stations in form of TuneIn web link, e.g.

Some stations are blocked by TuneIn due to licensing issues that I can try to see if I can make a workaround for you, a few others may be codec incompatibilities. They need to be investigated one by one. It may take some time.

I can listen to certain stations at tunein radio on window platform without any problem. Have ‘Favourited’ it and then updated it on Lumin app on latest ipad Air 5. However, it still cannot be played on Lumin. Any remedy or special method that can be done ?

BBC decided to stop streaming its radio in the traditional internet radio format:

Generally, many internet radio stations do not sound good because they have very low bitrate. Not too many stream 320kbps.

Therefore Lumin has included high quality FLAC radio stations.

Other than using Lumin built-in FLAC radio, Lumin app TuneIn, you may use AirPlay from iPad.
