1987年驚嚇電影《鬼哭山河》。

記憶中呢部電影係香港冇上映過，中文戱名應該係影碟發行商所改。電影故事講述一座廢棄監獄因為州政府囚犯人數爆棚，所以被重新使用。負責管理監獄嘅監獄長就係一位昔日嘅獄卒。此人手段殘酷兼且以前曾經因為一宗囚犯被殺案件中誣蔑另一位犯人而令該人被判處極刑。監獄重新運作後呢位含冤而死者嘅靈魂就係監獄行刑室被鑿開後被釋放出黎，接着連串致命嘅怪事就不斷發生⋯

電影男主角Viggo Mortensen在拍畢此片後星途不俗，近年更在《魔戒三部曲》中飾演Aragorn一角。電影裏面嘅特效水準唔錯，所以直到今天仍未讓人覺得有粗糙之感。呢部電影曾經推出DVD及Blu-ray版本影碟，有興趣嘅師兄可以搵搵。

電影音樂由擅長以低成本替恐怖電影配樂嘅Richard Band同Christopher L. Stone負責創作。當年推出嘅美版OST黑膠現今已經被炒高價錢，該碟內總共有十一首配樂選段，全屬於合成樂器演繹嘅作品，屬於嗰個時代呢類驚嚇電影最常聽到嘅電影音樂。音樂本身並不吸引因此只適宜電影音樂發燒友入貨。

呢款電影原聲亦曾經推出過幾款加長版CD但相信都已經斷市並且被炒高價錢。美版OST黑膠並冇炒魷魚現象，以美版計此碟底噪唔算高。同當年其他VSD label嘅出品一樣，呢款LP有唔錯嘅聲音分隔度同動態，所以立體感上乘。包裝方面，此碟就只係跟單封套一個。

Still I watched quite some of them back then, especially those shown during Lunar New Year.

Never seen the movie, as I'm not a big JC fan.

The soundtrack is quite interesting, a mix of disco & synth-pop.

Trailer infused with the kind of energy unique to Hong Kong of that period ^^

What a catchy theme , filled with 80’s vibes ^^

1982年成龍電影《龍少爺》。

電影由成龍、陳慧敏同剛剛去世嘅女演員雪梨等主演。電影係成龍鎩羽荷里活回歸香港後嘅第一步重頭製作，亦係當年賀歲檔期嘉禾推出黎硬碰新藝城電影《最佳拍檔》嘅作品。
電影故事講述賀員外愛兒阿龍（成龍飾演），係一個無心向學，反斗好動嘅年青人。一日，佢因為邂逅一位少女而利用風箏傳情，但陰差陽錯之下呢隻風箏卻落在一班走私客巢穴嘅屋頂。之後佢就被捲入一場因偷運文物而起嘅追殺行動⋯
電影橋段都係屬於老掉牙類別，所以觀眾入場應該都係以欣賞動作場面為主。當年電影票房比唔上《最佳拍檔》，但喺幸好日本方面就大收旺場。
咁多年黎電影原聲方面只係發行過日版LP 。負責創作電影配樂工作嘅就係陳勳奇同當年仲有參與配樂工作嘅陳欣健（！）。電影配樂風格就似日本電視劇集，唔係小弟杯茶。十二首配樂選段入邊有七首基本上都係電影對白同聲效，其中最讓人琅琅上口嘅應該就係A面第一首，加入咗男和音嘅。《Dragon Lord》。
日本版黑膠照例地底燥低亦冇任何炒魷現象。音效方便就部份屬於mono另外部份屬於stereo，前者主要係對白而後者就係配樂。音質方面整體而言可以話係有合理表現。此外包裝方面就係單封套加側紙同一份附有彩色圖片嘅日文對頁解說。由於當年發行量唔算多所以今天要用比較高嘅價錢先至能夠入手。

Twinggy, I think those with rough upbringing, tend to gravitate towards parts of this film, as it reflects their childhood or lifecycle.

I was a kid back then and have never seen or heard anything like it and it literally brew my mind. I also bought the 2LP set(US, Japan & UK) and MoFi gold CD years later when I can afford them.

A movie which left me dumbfounded and the memory of the various scenes from it still lingers in my mind until this day. Watched the film at the Palace Theatre in CWB and bought the Japanese pressing 2LP set and the MFSL 2 gold CD set afterwards, wonderful albums.

Cheapy like me love chessy movies, especially those from the 70’s n 80’s.

The film is also quite cheesy. ？ But then again, most HK action films during that era were also cheesy. Only Bruce Lee and a few others movies stood the test of time.

It is kind of fun to look at the old HK from the aerial view with all the old structures that may or may not be around anymore.

Jimmy Wang is not the only gangster film star during that time, although he might be the most well-known one.
