Switch supply嘅開關頻率好多時都超過20KHz,但係你部儀器最多都係去到20KHz,所以所顯示讀數未必能夠作準。
睇返隻錶個AC voltage ripple (20KHz Max.): range 600mV display 0.1mV =(3%+20)
噉即是話呢個錶嘅有效正負範圍應該係
Reading +/- (18mV + 2.0)

1mv of ripple.. Is bad..for someone hate hiss and 完美主義會很困惑 U may hear some idle noise... Or may even hiss.. From 2 feet away... From a speaker... Do I can be bad if it is headphone.. Etc..
0.5 is ok for most less sensitive speaker or headphone.. For not feeling any hiss
And 0.2 is excellent.. Even 98db sensitivity speaker
. Should not hear any.. Etc..
Equated to some real life example.. For less technical reader.. It can be nice...

Ref. below is some basic knowledge on switching power supply, linear power supply and sound quality, also, it's better to understand the differences between ripple voltage, hf switching noise and emi radiation/conduction noise. They all have different bad effects on sound quality of audiophile system.
