喺佢部機入面裝個spotify app嚟播歌非常之唔方便！雖然播到無損但係揀歌顯示都非常之麻麻地。

點知道係出到無損？

喺部手機裏面較無損輸出㗎喎

手機聽係可以，但經Streamer出DAC無得選喎？
eversolo可以咩？

無用sportify, 在用Apple music,可以在手機設定無損,Eversolo也是無損

請問有無師兄係Streamer(transport)出DAC既玩法？
用手機開Spotify係可以選，但連左Streamer之後全部黑晒無得選，外置DAC顯示係44.1，係咪已經係無損呢？

If correctly configured, the Spotify app on the phone must show Lossless when connecting to the streamer. To confirm bit perfect transmission, play a MQA album to a MQA USB DAC.

If the streamer supports Spotify Lossless operation, the qualiy setting will not be greyed out / unselectable. It must allow you to choose Lossless. If it doesn't, then your streamer is not running a firmware that supports Spotify Lossless.

Known Spotify Lossless streamers include Lumin, Luxman NT-07, Esoteric N-series, TEAC UD-701N, Denon, Marantz, Bluesound, KEF, etc.

Maybe my streamer (Aurender N series w/o DAC) is not support Spotify lossless or wait for upgrade firmware.

I'm not only use Spotify Connect on my streamer, also with my AI glasses outside everyday which only support Spotify or Amazon Music, so no better choice for me.

1. There are issues with searching Chinese or Asian music from other streaming services.
2. My wife's favorite artist is not available from Tidal / Qobuz.

Now I know my streamer isn't supporting Spotify lossless, it is very helpful.

How about the iFi neo Stream (top model)? If it also can't support Spotify lossless, can I use PC with Spotify Connect to external DAC by optical to get it ?

Spotify app on Windows can get a lossless stream, BUT the sound quality is degraded by Windows OS mixer - as the current version of Spotify Windows app is unable to bypass the OS mixer. You'll need to wait for Spotify Windows app to support WASAPI in order to bypass the OS mixer.

The same reasoning applies to Spotify app running on Android hardware with direct output instead of Spotify Connect - the sound quality is degraded by Android OS mixer.

Compared to Android USB output to USB DAC, iPad / iPhone USB output to USB DAC is much better for Spotify Lossless. Still, having 24-bit Spotify Lossless Connect streamer is the best.

It's good news.
I always use iPad with Aurender app ( similar to Roon ) but not close to Hi-Fi system..... on sofa. Ha Ha..
