Quad 606 MK1 原本想簡單些換新濾波電容，但新濾波電容積較為細，加上正負極的端子 snap in 唔啱位置，週邊Bridge Rectifier 老舊頑固松香一舊舊，太污塊。徹底些，吸走，洗底板，重新上鐋。順手新造8 條terminal 去焊接個新電容。換上新silicon pad 。

When Price Doesn't Matter

The Shure V15 Type II starts life in 1966, so 60-year old relic!!!

That said, it still produces some nice surprises against the new Ortofon 2M Black and Denon DL-110. There is no question that V15 is no match with the other two but it should stand tall with its performance.

It may not not have the dynamic and punch from Ortofon and Denon but the Shure has a lovely Mid and smooth cut through the track with the most quiet soundstage.

Somehow I managed to destroyed my Audio-Technica AT-33E MC Cart. Instead of spending a significant amount on one MC cart as it is now so obvious that they are much more difficult to afford, even a used one.

So buying the Denon DL-110 as an alternative MC cart and using a small amount to get one of my desired Shure MM cart as well.

I have quite a few Shure carts in the past, from vantage to DJ carts but I have also long been wanting a V15.

Then I found this Shure V15 Type II Supertrack and not that expensive so I bought it together with the DL-110.

Then I made the comparison between the Ortofon 2M Black, Denon DL-110 and the Shure V15 Type II.
