I think ML 31 is great transport in the price nowaday.
I am a previous user of 360S and 30.5 for a period of time, the sound performances is quite significant. It depend on your budget & what do you want.

to avoid wasting money on chosing the best system fits for yourself, i suggest you better go for both sets at the same time for performing a full comparision test. keep the best set or both.

but G6 too expensive seems is not balance for my gear

One full set Cello is good. But I prefer I set 26s+20.5/6 for the base of upgrade

i brought a MC silver MK2 one week before , it is very good too

if possible i recommend u to go to siltech signature series, it's different world i tried!
Cardas golden ref may not fall on the class of your gear.

Cello is a good choice, i am also using it with my ML transport & DAC.

why not change to one set of cello ?
